There are three elements to our services:
SupportSupport is provided to ensure Clients have access to the latest up-to-date risk management knowledge. This service either augments our other services or they are used on their own for Clients who can manage their own risk.
Support is provided by our online virtual risk management - vrm365

SolveSolve is the consultancy service where the work is completed on behalf of the Client.
There are three stages to the Solve process:

SustainSustain is the service that ensures Clients using Solve continue to improve their risk management. It is provided as the 3dotdash Competent Person subscription and is only available on completion of the Analysis stage of Solve.
The service includes free access to vrm365, unlimited email advice and online document management where relevant documents provided by the Client are securely stored in the cloud. A Competent Person Certificate is also provided as evidence for external assessors.

AnalysisThe first stage is the Analysis of the existing risk management for the organisation. This involves discussions with relevant parties followed by a physical inspection of the workplace, equipment and activities to produce the Management Audit and General Workplace Risk Assessment. The latter can also include the Fire Risk Assessment unless this is required as a seperate document.
These documents form the Plan which informs the next stage of the process - Action.

AuditThe Audit stage is key to ensuring ongoing compliance and we always recommend a minimum of an annual audit to review, revise and update existing documentation.
More frequent visits can be planned. Site inspection visits can also be included.
